I will be offering short easy to follow videos (example on facebook) with exercises designed especially for riders with limited time (and patience? 😅 ).   They will be quick routines, approximately 5-10 minutes long focusing on different aspects each time like balance, core strength, breathing, body control, posture, preventing stiffness and one sidedness in riders.
